Basic Service
Minimum price for any job is $125 to $150, with time spent on the work also factored in. We offer high-quality work at competitive rates, using a range of cleaning methods tailored to your needs. We'll consult with you to determine the best approach for your task. HEPA vacuuming, general pre-sprays, and spotters are included in the price for seasonal cleanings.
Intermediate Service
For areas requiring additional product, expect a cost of around $0.30 to $0.35 per square foot. This includes pet treatment and extra product for traffic lanes or grime. HEPA vacuuming, general pre-sprays, and spotters are included in the price for seasonal cleanings.
Advanced Service
For severely neglected carpets with heavy traffic lanes and extreme odor, the charge is $0.40 to $0.50 per square foot. Special chemicals will be billed by the gallon if needed. The price includes HEPA vacuuming, general pre-sprays, and spotters.
